EXHAUST SYSTEMS – STATIONARY

WELDUST SERIES STATIONARY DEVICES

WELDUST mobile filtration devices are built and adapted to the most demanding conditions. The structure of the device is made of structural steel and is painted with resistant paint. The device can be freestanding or anchored in place.

AG WELDUST 10

Stationary exhaust equipment suitable for low dusty operations. The device can be equipped with a HEPA filter or a spark arrestor.

PARAMETERS

  • Filtration area: from 6m2 to 20m2 – selectable according to application
  • Weight: 120 kg
  • Air flow: 600 – 1250 m3/hr
  • Power: 2,5 kW
  • Noise level: 75 dB
  • Inlet to the device: 125 mm
  • Height: 1750 mm
  • Width: 550 mm
  • Length: 525 mm
  • Remote control via phone – flow control

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

The polluted air enters the device through one opening located on three sides of the device and continues through the filter cartridges (2) where the first and main air cleaning takes place. Dirt that is trapped in the main filters sticks to the surface or falls straight down into the dirt container (3). The air then continues through other parts of the device and passes through the HEPA filter (7), where the exhaust air is completely purified. The device has an automatic cleaning system “CleanJet” (4). CleanJet consists of a compressed air tank and valves that clean the filters at each preset time. The fan (5) is equipped with a module for remote control and regulation.
