Total Fluid Managemet is a service that provides a comprehensive on-site solution for process fluids, oils and all lubricants. In practice, this means taking over the entire oil management by an external company. Its task is to provide a comprehensive service through orders, deliveries, filling of machines, recording of all receipts and expenditures. These activities result in greater efficiency in the use of lubricants and an overall reduction in the cost of lubrication, repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment. A great advantage is the monthly invoicing for services rendered and products consumed in a given period. Total Fluid Managemet’s philosophy is one of quality consultancy services.
They must be comprehensive, yet they are tailored to the individual requirements and needs of the customer. This is done by dividing the service into individual building blocks, which the customer can use according to his choice or can combine them into smaller units as needed. Each customer decides on the scope of work and the duration of cooperation. This gives you a constant and perfect overview of your costs. Control is essential to ensure the company’s production processes and objectives. The TFM is spread over four levels, with the customer assembling the actual content of the work from the building blocks.
A water miscible mineral oil range that produces an ultra stable micro emulsion in a wide range of hardness and water compositions with extremely long life. It does not contain formaldehyde, chlorine or secondary amines, and contains boron in a reduced form to increase biostability. The concentrates dissolve very easily in water, the fresh emulsion is slightly smoky white, which becomes whiter with further use.

CONSIGNMENT WAREHOUSE
A SERVICE THAT HELPS THE CUSTOMER TO REDUCE THE ECONOMIC BURDEN ON INVENTORY.
A consignment warehouse is thus a warehouse in which goods owned by the supplier are stored. The basic difference from standard warehouses is the process of goods in and out, where the loading of materials is re-allocated by the supplier based on the optimization of warehouse shipments and the movement of goods in these warehouses. The dispensing is then carried out by the customer and the information about the dispensing (consumption) of the material is forwarded to the supplier.Separate invoicing for the material (products) is carried out against individual dispensing from the warehouse or by a cumulative invoice for the whole month on the basis of the dispensing records. A separate order is not required in the process of working with the consignment warehouse, it is replaced by the document “warehouse status” or the document “dispatch note”.
