Filtration of emulsion and oils
The AKNEL Group cooperates with an international company that produces fabrics. We store the fabrics in our warehouse in the Czech Republic and further cut them into the required lengths according to the customer’s wishes.
The right choice of filter fabric is very important in several aspects. It is important to understand what filter material I want to filter and what the filtration result should be. There are cases where the customer uses a filter material that is extremely dense, thus increasing the consumption of filter paper and increasing the cost, when in reality a much lower density filter paper would be sufficient and the filtration result would be identical with much less paper consumption.

- 100% polyester
- 30 – 80 g/m2
- paper thickness from 0.15 mm to 0.4 mm
- tensile strength longitudinal 85 – 240 N/5cm
- tensile strength across 80 – 210 N/5cm
- Tensile elongation longitudinally 25 – 35%
- Stretch extension across 30 – 40%

- 50 – 150 g/m2
- paper thickness from 0.75 mm to 1.75 mm
- Tensile strength longitudinal 90 – 280 N/5cm
- Tensile strength across 100 – 300 N/5cm
- Tensile elongation longitudinally 25 – 45%
- Stretch extension across 60 – 70%
Recommended use:

- 35 – 150 g/m2
- paper thickness from 0.5 mm to 1.75 mm
- Tensile strength longitudinal 60 – 240 N/5cm
- Tensile strength across 60 – 260 N/5cm
- Elongation of tension longitudinally 20 – 75%
- Stretch extension across 35 – 95%
